Damon is an experienced education leader and specialist in Mathematics, Science and Special Educational Needs with over 19 years of dedicated service across mainstream, advanced, and specialist settings. Holding a Bachelor of Education (Cum Laude) in Mathematics & Science, a Diploma in Education (Mathematics), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and full registration with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), he brings a strong professional and academic foundation to his role.

With almost two decades of teaching and leadership experience across both the South African and UK education systems, Damon has extensive expertise in supporting children and young people with diverse and complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, ODD, FAS, PDA, Dyscalculia, and related developmental and behavioural conditions. His approach centres on creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child can grow, thrive, and feel valued.
