The ability to design tailored lessons based on each learner’s needs
A natural ability to connect, engage, and inspire students
Professionalism, reliability, and a firm commitment to safeguarding
All tutors must also have:
Excellent spoken and written English
At least 12 months of UK teaching and/or tutoring experience (including work with SEN learners)
Strong academic background and solid subject expertise
A university qualification, or be currently studying towards one
We are always interested in hearing from dedicated and exceptional tutors. If you meet the criteria and would like to work with us, please submit an application below.
Tutors work on a self-employed basis as independent contractors.

Complete mandatory training (including online safeguarding and annual refresher training)
Hold a clean, up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate with a children’s barred list check (we can help you apply if needed)
Provide two relevant professional references and one parent reference
Have the legal right to work in the UK
We are committed to providing the highest level of care and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child and young person we support. Please make sure to review our safer recruitment policy.
Our tutors enjoy a respectful, supportive working environment and receive competitive pay based on their experience and expertise. We also offer training opportunities and an incentive programme that recognises consistent, high-quality work.
